Exchanges — My Favorite for Investing Digital Assets
My favorite exchanges for trading currency and assets. They are super easy to use and have phone applications when on the go. These companies are really changing how we trade and interact with each other on a daily basis.
Take care and happy investing!
#1 COINBASE
Founded in June of 2012
Coinbase is a digital currency wallet and platform where merchants and investors can transact with new digital currencies like BTC, ETH, and LTC. Home is in San Francisco, California.
Super easy to use platform for the beginner. The coins are limited, but growing and have a pro-platform too! I’m so glad they added XRP .
MISSION:
An open financial system is one that is not controlled by any one country or company (just like the internet did for distributing information). We think this is the highest leverage way to bring about more economic freedom, innovation, efficiency, and equality of opportunity in the world. We have a ten-year plan to get there.

#2 BINANCE
Founded in June of 2017
The Binance platform has been deployed on 30+ exchanges and supports all devices and multiple languages, offering a seamless user experience. Binance has the most coins available than any other platform I have found and the phone app. rocks too!
In my opinion, Binance is not just capitalizing on this new asset class, but pushing the digital currency space forward. They are doing much more than just running any exchange!

#3 ROBINHOOD
Founded in June of 2013
Robinhood believes that everyone should have access to the financial markets. With the platform focus to be user-friendly and approachable for all investors–newcomers and experts alike, and they have achieved that!
Robinhood is the newby on the block and has limited cryptocurrency to trade now, but that will not be the case for long. What I like is being able to also trade stock too.
MISSION:
Robinhood’s mission is to democratize access to the American financial system. Their investing platform lets you buy and sell stocks, exchange-traded funds, options, and cryptocurrencies, all commission-free.

#4 BANCOR
Founded in June of 2016
If you are looking for a very easy to use Decentralized Network not exchange then look no more. They are the Worlds largest cross-chain liquidity network across blockchains. (erc20 and eos tokens)
They use smart contracts to convert between tokens, not like exchanges that are trying to match buyers and sellers. What does that mean for you and me? Ability to convert one token for another from our wallets and not wait for a buyer on an exchange, which can be a problem with many low liquidity coins now!
Bancor’s motto: “Any token you have for any token you want“
